A Hurricane? In January? You Can Thank El Niño
In January 7 2016 the earliest Hurricane ever recorded hit central Pacific Ocean. Usually the hurricane season in this area is between May 15 and November 30. Derek Wroe, A forecaster with a Central Pacific Hurricane center in Hawaii said, “It is rather surreal to be saying this in January”, when reporting the Hurricane. Fortunately, the Hurricane did not pass over land.
We studied the trout pond in science. Any change to the pond caused problems for the fish. Hurricanes destroy homes and kill people. They destroy our human habitat. They uproot trees and vegetation. They ruin our roads and electrical lines. Because I live in Maine this is not a problem for me we do not get Hurricanes but with the weather changing, you never know.
I liked your connection paragraph, but I want to know more about this event. Also, don't forget about punctuation and run on sentences.

ReplyDeleteVery short paragraph and there were a few things that needed to be answered and added to make it an overall better report, but next to that nice job.
